Shipping & Returns
We strive to ship orders within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your order. Orders ship from Nashville, Tennessee via UPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Domestic orders over $250 ship for free. We happily ship internationally, but all applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to ship your order to a secure location, as once the order is delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address. Please also note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We will gladly accept returns on all unworn merchandise, except undies and bodysuits, for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached, we must receive your return within 15 days of the date your order is delivered, and merchandise must be returned in its original package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please send an email to email@example.com if you wish to return an item.
We cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit, so please make sure that you obtain tracking information for your return and/or insure your package appropriately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for a refund and place a new order.
